Through a major investment project, we have just implemented a radical renovation, upgrading our common interior spaces, guest rooms and conference rooms. Our goal is to offer a modern, renewed product that will be an ornament for Ioannina, Epirus and the whole of Greece.

OUR HISTORY
EPIRUS PALACE LEGACY
Recognizing the moment, we created a space of experiences where you calm down, dive into the pool, relax in the SPA, enjoy culinary creations and create unique moments with your loved ones.
1990
In the 1990s, two brothers from Ioannina, the Natsi brothers, envisioned the creation of a Hotel that would become the Palace of Epirus.
1999
So in April 1999, the Epirus Palace Hotel Congress & Spa was built and started its operation, with only 53 rooms in operation.
2008
In 2008, the expansion of the Hotel took place, with a new building installation right next to the original one, which made the hotel reach the current number of 200 rooms & suites in total and 600 beds.
2015
In collaboration with Hector Bottrini, the restaurant "I Cappuccini" is created. The award-winning chef with a Michelin star creates flavors based mainly on local products, "teases" traditional recipes and presents his own version of modern Epirotian cuisine.
2017
DODONI SPA is created. In an atmospheric relaxing environment, Dodoni Spa offers unique treatments that combine high aesthetics with the history of the place.
2018
In 2018, the hotel has completed the first stage of the renovation, while the second part is in progress, with a deadline for the completion of the last works, within 2019.
2019
The final stage of the renovation is also completed, thus upgrading the common areas, the rooms, the restaurant as well as the energy efficiency of the facilities.
2020
The Orange Grove Restaurant. The Restaurant inspired by the architect Angelos Angelopoulos is reminiscent of a beautiful Mediterranean garden full of orange trees in the countryside, while at the same time it offers a wonderful and relaxing view of the pool, offering wonderful culinary proposals of Mediterranean cuisine as well as flavors and aromas of Epirus.
